Greg Brown Discuss training for your team

For organisations, teams and managers

Help your team put AI to work.

Practical AI training and ongoing support, built around your organisation’s tasks, tools and people.

Give your people space to practise, ask questions and develop useful ways of working with AI. We agree the right scope together, from an introductory session to a supported adoption programme.

Useful skills, applied at work

What your team will learn

Build the judgement and practical skills to use AI with greater confidence in everyday work.

  • Recognise a useful task

Identify where AI can help with your work, where its limits matter and when another approach makes more sense.

  • Give AI the right context

Explain the task, provide appropriate information and guide the output towards something useful.

  • Check what comes back

Question answers, verify sources and recognise when your own expertise or a colleague’s review is needed.

  • Make good practice repeatable

Develop shared ways of working that colleagues can understand, reuse and improve.

From a session to sustained use

How the programme works

We shape the programme to your team’s starting point and the outcomes you want. The balance of training and follow-up support is agreed together.

  1. Understand your team’s work

Discuss your priorities, current tools and experience. Choose suitable tasks and agree what participants should be able to do afterwards.

A clear scope and relevant exercises.

  2. Learn through practical work

Work through examples together, practise with guidance and compare results. Make time for questions about quality, information handling and everyday use.

    Skills practised on recognisable tasks.

  3. Support adoption

Help your team apply what they have learned. Follow-up sessions can address obstacles, review examples and improve shared working practices.

Support that follows the training into work.

What practice can look like

Start with familiar work

Illustrative training activities. We choose exercises around your organisation’s needs and the tools available to your team.

Prepare a research brief

Frame a question, organise findings and check the sources behind a concise briefing.

Draft and review a document

Turn an outline into a draft, adapt it for the reader and review its accuracy and tone.

Turn meeting notes into actions

Extract decisions, responsibilities and open questions, then check them against the original notes.

Compare information

Bring several sources into a clear comparison, identify gaps and test the conclusions.

Exercises use information appropriate for the agreed tools and your organisation’s policies.

Training grounded in delivery

I’m Greg Brown. I design, build and deploy AI solutions as well as train the people using them. That practical experience informs how I teach teams to use AI in their own work.

Before we start

Questions organisations ask

Does our team need previous AI experience?

The training can start with the basics or build on existing use. We discuss participants’ experience beforehand and choose the level and exercises accordingly.

Can we work with the tools we already have?

Yes. We start with the tools your organisation makes available and the rules for using them. If access or capabilities are limited, we agree suitable exercises during scoping.

Can you deliver on site or remotely?

Both are available. We agree the format, session language, group size and duration around your team’s needs and location.

What happens after the training?

Follow-up support can be part of the programme. It gives people a chance to bring back real examples, resolve questions and improve their working practices as they begin using AI.

How are scope and pricing agreed?

We begin with an introductory conversation about your team and intended outcomes. I then propose a scope covering preparation, delivery and any follow-up support, with duration and pricing agreed before the work starts.

Let’s start with your team

Discuss training for your team

Tell me a little about your organisation and what you would like your people to be able to do with AI.

What happens next

I’ll get back to you to understand your priorities and arrange an introductory conversation. From there, we can agree a suitable programme and scope.

I reply within one business day.

A few lines are enough: your organisation, the team or roles involved, the tools you use and the outcomes you have in mind.
