Why Me for Enterprise AI

I combine enterprise sales credibility, hands-on AI delivery, and Swiss market understanding. That makes me effective not just in talking about AI, but in helping organisations buy, trust, and implement it.

Enterprise Sales Credibility

Managed complex B2B revenue cycles, strategic accounts, and multi-stakeholder deals across Fortune 500 and high-growth SaaS companies. Comfortable owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to close.

Leadership roles spanning Johnson Controls, Frontify, McMRI, Hepart and LiUU.

Technical Fluency

Hands-on AI Delivery

Hands-on with AI application development, SaaS delivery, and implementation work, not just strategy. I build with Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini tools daily and understand enterprise AI from direct practice, not slides.

Still deeply hands-on, with 1,000+ commits in the last year across production AI and SaaS projects.

Swiss Market Fit

Zürich-based with a C permit, native English speaker, and fluent in German. I understand how Swiss organisations buy: cautiously, cross-functionally, and with a strong need for trust, clarity, and practical outcomes.

Local market understanding combined with international enterprise experience.

Relevant AI & SaaS Work

I build with AI daily. Not to impress, but to understand the product reality well enough to sell it credibly. Here are a few examples that reflect enterprise-relevant applications.

AI Knowledge Assistant for Healthcare Laboratory Partners

Healthcare sector · RAG, PostgreSQL, vector search, LLM integration

A RAG-based assistant grounded in a healthcare company's own laboratory reference data. Partners and specialists query by patient indicators or clinical context and receive source-grounded test suggestions — eliminating manual search through complex documentation in a trust-sensitive, regulated environment.

AI Invoice Analysis Tool

Internal tool · PDF parsing, financial automation

Built an internal AI-assisted tool to process multi-page PDF invoices, extract structured financial data, and automate revenue and commission calculations. Replaced repetitive manual checking with a faster, more reliable workflow, improving consistency across financial records and massively reducing administrative effort in recurring back-office finance operations.

AI-Powered News Platform

Live product · aipowered.news

A clean, privacy-focused news platform that curates paywall-free reporting from trusted European sources, reduces duplication, and transforms complex coverage into concise, personalised briefings. Features AI-generated summaries, daily digests ranked by relevance, with Swiss and Italian coverage focus. Monitors your reading patterns to help you avoid bias and surface the topics that matter most to you.

Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform

Swiss public transport sector

Architected and built a Laravel / Vue 3 multi-tenant SaaS platform for Swiss transport operators, unifying operational data across multiple organisations. Integrated SQL Server, SSRS reporting, and role-based access control, while introducing AI-driven analysis to identify the most-used lines and services, highlight delay hotspots, and reveal operational patterns that support better planning and decision-making. Delivered through a six-phase programme now serving multiple operators.

Enterprise Stakeholder Navigation

Enterprise AI adoption does not fail because of technology. It fails because of misaligned stakeholders, unclear procurement paths, and insufficient trust. I have spent my career navigating exactly these challenges.

I engage confidently with C-level executives, translating AI capability into strategic business language. I work constructively with IT teams who need to understand integration, security, and architecture. I guide procurement and legal through frameworks they can approve. And I build cross-functional consensus across business units that each have different priorities and concerns.

I understand how Swiss organisations buy: cautiously, thoroughly, and with a strong need for practical evidence. That is not an obstacle. It is an advantage for anyone selling technology that genuinely delivers.

The most valuable AI is AI that organisations can trust, adopt, and deploy responsibly at scale.
