Product and technical direction
Turn business priorities into a practical roadmap. Make architecture and integration decisions with delivery, maintainability and the running service in view.
CTO & Technical Leadership
I take responsibility for the decisions, the people and the implementation that turn a product into a working service. My experience spans fintech, Swiss public transport and healthcare AI.
Open to permanent CTO roles, fractional leadership and longer-term consulting engagements.

At p2data I design system architecture, build software for clients, deploy applications and AI solutions, and deliver AI training. My role combines technical direction with the implementation and training that put it into practice.
P2d-Manager is one example: a multi-tenant SaaS platform I built for passenger-counting data, now used by multiple Swiss transport operators. It brings together data integration, reporting and role-based access for different organisations.

Platform & integration
Experience as a co-founder and CTO
I co-created CrowdLiquidity / LiUU, a fintech SaaS model helping SMEs unlock liquidity by selling future products and services to customers while strengthening their digital presence. As co-founder and CTO, I led product and technology from concept through launch.
I owned architecture, payment implementation and cloud operations, and directed five programmers and a designer day to day. I also contributed to customer success, go-to-market, fundraising and regulatory work.

How I work
I work where business priorities, technical decisions and the people building the product need to come together. The remit can cover a new venture or an established platform.
Turn business priorities into a practical roadmap. Make architecture and integration decisions with delivery, maintainability and the running service in view.
Give engineers and designers clear priorities, coordinate their work and stay close enough to implementation to resolve technical trade-offs.
Connect development with cloud operations, access control and reporting. Plan for how the service will be used and supported after launch.
Work with founders, customers and domain specialists so product decisions reflect commercial needs and regulatory constraints.
Applied AI
My healthcare knowledge assistant shows the same approach in AI: I designed and built the complete solution with input from scientists, quality control and medical professionals. It is used by employees and external professionals, with reported benefits in speed and access to information.
